A. Often people ask us why we clean windows when rain is forecast for that evening or the day after. They believe that the rain is going to ruin the finish, making it dirty immediately. However, rain on clean windows, beads and runs off the window, not causing it to be wrecked by dirt. Clean windows can often stay clean, even when not protected from the rain for several weeks or months. The only time it becomes a problem is if you don't clean the frames. The rain will loosen the dirt and it will run off on to your windows. This is why we clean your window frames as standard. We're committed to 'Quality First.' 

If you are still worried about windows that we clean on a rainy day, and you are not happy with the results, just call us back and we will fix it for no extra charge. Also, If you prefer for us not to clean your windows if there is a chance of light rain about, then please let us know so we can make a note of it.
